Our services are available to individuals aged 18 years or older. Minors must have written consent from a parent or guardian. Some services may require medical clearance. It is your responsibility to ensure you have the necessary approvals before booking a session.

4. No Medical or Psychological Advice

JKS Healing Dimensions is not a medical provider and does not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or mental health conditions. Our services are intended to support personal growth and well-being. If you have serious medical or psychological concerns, please consult a licensed healthcare professional.

5. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Session Bookings: All appointments must be booked in advance via our website or directly with our practitioner.

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a 50% session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Refunds: We do not provide refunds for completed services. If you are unsatisfied, please contact us to discuss alternative solutions.

6. Payment & Pricing

Payments must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to change. We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and PayPal.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy

All client information and session details are strictly confidential. We comply with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) in handling personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide a supportive and effective healing experience, JKS Healing Dimensions does not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any decisions, actions, or experiences resulting from the use of our services. To the extent permitted by Australian law, we exclude all warranties and liability relating to the use of this website and our services.

9. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your health and personal circumstances; acknowledge that your healing journey requires commitment, openness, and active participation; and must not use our services for any unlawful or unethical purposes.
