We start by understanding what the addiction is doing for you — not in a permissive or enabling way, but in a genuinely curious one. What need is it meeting? What pain is it managing? What would have to be different for you not to need it?

From there, we use a combination of subconscious work, mindset reframing, and practical support to develop a different relationship with the triggers, the emotions, and the environment.
